W.I.S.E., the non-profit homestay foundation for international students at UCI, is currently seeking new host families to host UC Irvine Extension, International Programs for the upcoming February programs. Families are compensated at $870 to $1080 per 30 day month. Worldwide International Student Exchange is a non profit tax exempt foundation. WISE is seeking caring hosts in and around Irvine to provide homestay housing and friendship for our international students. Quarterly programs are 2 -12 weeks. New hosts needed now for February one-month programs. Host as often or as occasionally as you wish. Private furnished bed room for time of stay, breakfast and dinner foods daily, and a strong command and proficiency of the English language is required. Families with/without children, retired, and single hosts are welcome.
Students take the public bus to and from UCI campus daily. You must live within public bus use area. Reservations for February homestay are underway. Host interviews being held now by WISE. See: www.wisefoundation.com for further details.
