1-Day Sailing Class

Enjoy the beautiful Newport Harbor while learning the fundamentals of sailing. Get a taste of dinghy sailing in this 1-day class and hopefully you'll want to join the 4-Day series of classes to learn more! On-the-dock instruction and demonstration will prepare you to head out on the water in our small 14’ dinghies. This class is at UCI Campus Recreation's brand new home for sailing - Marina Park on the Newport Beach Peninsula! You’ll be sailing within one class and no experience is necessary! All students must sign a waiver confirming swim proficiency, All equipment provided.
