Positions are available for all three days; please volunteer for as many ceremonies as you like.

Volunteer Positions:

Bachelor Student Lineup - Organize line up and assist bachelor candidates with regalia. Lead the bachelor's candidates into the Bren Events Center arena.

Master Student Lineup -Organize line up and assist master candidates with regalia. Lead the master's candidates into the Bren Events Center arena. 

Information Booths - Answer questions and provide directions for guests and graduates.

Open- Available anywhere needed. Volunteers may be needed to assist with seating the graduates inside the arena, assisting in the platform party room, or assisting graduates guests if needed.

Volunteers will be asked to attend a very short meeting on June 9th to prepare for the weekend. 

Volunteers are asked to wear appropriate clothing with comfortable shoes.

All volunteers will be emailed closer to commencement weekend to verify availability, be given details for the volunteer meeting, and any other details specific to their volunteer position(s).
