What does 'Zot' even mean?

'Zot' is the Anteater victory cheer! It's also the sound that Peter the Anteater makes when he snaps out his tongue to catch his food.

Help fight hunger this holiday season by donating non-perishable goods during UCI's seventh annual Clash of the Cans food drive. All goods collected through December 21 will benefit the UCI Food Pantry which offers resources to Anteaters who experience food insecurity and the Orange County Food Bank, which helps feed an estimated 450,000 Orange County residents.

Donations are being collected at the following locations:
- All parking kiosks
- The Transportation office
- Zot 'n' Go
- Pippin Commons
- Mesa Commons
- Langson Library
- Ayala Science Library
- Anteater Recreation Center

Additionally, if you donate three non-perishable goods at the Langson Library or Ayala Science Library checkout desks, you could receive up to $9 in waived library fees. For the hours of each checkout desk, visit http://www.lib.uci.edu/about/hours/index.html. If you have questions about this UCI Libraries offer, please visit the help desks at either location.

For a detailed list of most needed items, a map of the drop-off locations, and contact information, please visit http://www.parking.uci.edu/services/community/clashofthecans.cfm. Let's show our Anteater pride and help out students in the fight against hunger.
