What does life look like after graduation? The UCI+One Program with the Division of Continuing Education (DCE) delivers customized career planning to help participants land the job they seek, help them pursue grad school, or achieve other goals.

The UCI+One Program is self-paced and customized to each participant’s needs and interests. Each participant is supported by a trained advisor to help them design a pathway to:

  • Identify personal skills, abilities and aptitudes
  • Gain exposure in a field of interest
  • Develop a plan with long-term and short-term goals
  • Gain essential workplace readiness skills that today’s employers seek
