As you may have heard, there is currently a nationwide blood shortage. In order to increase our current blood supply, the UC Irvine Campus Blood Donor Center will be holding a blood drive on Tuesday, Jan. 16, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If you are unable to donate on Jan. 16, the campus blood donor center will also be open on Jan. 17 and 18, noon to 7 p.m., and Jan. 19, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The blood donor center is located on the UC Irvine campus, inside the student center, on level 1 in room B106. We are currently in need of all blood types. Please stop by if you are healthy with no cold or flu symptoms.

As a sign of our appreciation, everyone who donates will receive their choice of a t-shirt or a Jamba Juice. As a bonus, donors will also get to draw a gift card from Luna Grill, Chick-fil-A, Veggie Grill, Nekter, Target and In-N-Out and more. Please note that bonus gift cards will only be given out on Jan. 16 (while supplies last).

We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins, but encourage you to make an appointment by visiting the below link:
