Forage for Food
10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Join local, renowned food forager Pascal Baudard at the UCI Arboretum to discover how to identify native, edible foods. Space is limited to 20.
 
Real Food: Cook a Wild Food Dinner With guest chef Mia Wasilevich, Transitional Gastronomy, LA
2:00 – 5:00 p.m. Discover new culinary skills as you prepare a meal using foraged and local foods. Space is limited to 20.
 
Dining on the Wild Side
5:00 – 7:30 p.m. Dine with Café Encuentro and participate in a dialog about eating wild foods. Space is limited to 30.

Location: UCI Arboretum (forage demonstration) and Anteater Recreation Center (directions)

You can attend one or all of the parts for one low suggested donation of $10. The suggested donation will be collected at the time of the event. Please bring cash or a check made out to UC Regents.
