Managing your time actually means managing yourself including your priorities, your day, and your ongoing interruptions. You have your own individual work style and this style influences how you manage your time and tasks. This workshop identifies your time management profile, targets your strengths, and identifies areas of improvement.

  • Interruptions. Although interruptions are a regular part of your day, learn how you can take control of them.
  • Meetings. Streamlining your meetings provides immediate benefits and rewards for you and your team.
  • Written communications. Did you know the average worker receives 281 daily emails? This figure is only projected to increase. How can you keep up and stay in control of your email?
  • Procrastination. This element of time management can plague us all in unexpected ways. We’ll uncover your core cause and look at strategies for preventive action.
  • Other key time management categories covered include priorities, planning, and delegating. This highly-interactive workshop is designed to provide you with new insights on how you can effectively develop the habits you want to improve.
