Anita DeFrantz a noted lawyer and vice president in the International Olympic Committee, has excelled at her sport and has been an activist for civil and women’s rights in sports.  An Olympian medalist in rowing, she challenged the right of Congress to boycott the 1980 Olympic Games and has played an active role in advising the City of Los Angeles in their successful bid to host the Summer Games in 2028. She joins the UCI community for a candid talk about current issues in sports and the nation.
