About 7.5 million people are stalked each year in the United States.  Stalking affects college students and can prevent them from being able to study, attend classes, and feel safe on campus.

The local community is invited to attend and learn more about the crime of stalking, its impact on our communities and ways that everyone can be involved with preventing and responding to this growing issue.

Follow CARE's Facebook page and Instagram to learn about tips, resources, and statistics on stalking and cyberstalking throughout the month of January.

Visit the CARE Peer Educators on Ring Road to learn more information about stalking, ways to keep yourself safe online, and campus and community resources.  Look out for the large display from Wednesday, January 23rd through Friday, January 25th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM each day.  This program displays visual panel boards to educate the campus community about various types of stalking behaviors and where to access help.
