Vice Chancellor Douglas Haynes and five of the Chancellor’s Inclusive Excellence Awardees engage in a public facilitated conversation about approaches to enhance equity and inclusion at UCI. This event is free and open to the public, UCI students, faculty and staff, beginning 3:30 p.m. on April 13 at the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Center, 100 Academy Way, Irvine, on the UCI campus).

After a public reception and program remarks from Provost Hal Stern, the conversation will highlight current research and learning to address inclusive excellence. UCI faculty members joining the discussion include: Naomi Chesler (Biomedical Engineering), Alexandra Florea (Mathematics), Jamelia Morgan (Law), Tiara Na’puti (Global and International Studies), and Carolina Valdivia Ordorica (Criminology, Law and Society).
