Summary: Basic cleaning services are provided for State-funded areas.
Custodial cleaning and desk-side recycling schedules are provided at the beginning of this list.

Carpet Cleaning and Floor Waxing Common Areas
(Elevators, Entryways, Hallways, Lobbies)
  • Once every 48 months
  • Spray Buffing - Every 48 months
Classroom Cleaning
  • 5 times per week trash pick up
  • 1 time per week cleaning
Clinic/Exam Room Cleaning
  • 3 times per week trash pick up
  • 1 time per week cleaning
Common Area Cleaning
  • 1 time per week
  • Trash pick up - daily, Monday to Friday
Computer Lab Cleaning
  • 3 times a week trash pick up
  • Sweep/Mop/Vacuum - 1 time per week
Conference Room Cleaning
  • 1 time per week trash pick up
  • Mop/Vacuum - 1 time per week
Kitchen Cleaning
  • 3 times per week trash pick up
  • 1 time per weeek cleaning
Laboratory Cleaning

Office Cleaning
  • 1 time per week trash pick up
  • Mop/Vacuum - 1 time per week
  • 1 time per week recycling pick up
Restroom Cleaning
  • Daily, Monday through Friday
Stairwell Cleaning
  • Monthly
