Summary: The following recharge rates have been approved effective October 1, 2023 for customer-funded maintenance, repair and renovation services provided to the UCI campus community.

Alterations and Renovations*
  • Planning / Design - $84/hour or by agreement flat fee
  • Contract Management - 2% of contract amount
  • Project Management - 11% of project amount
  • SEP / Design / Admin / Monitoring - 10% of project amount
